Our classics

Copper-brazed heat exchangers have been successful on the market for many years in a wide range of applications. The TTZ devices of the ZC series are characterized by high efficiency in a small installation space, very good thermodynamic properties and a good price-performance ratio. TTZ offers copper-brazed heat exchangers of high quality and in various designs.

  • P-plate with an innovative plate design, especially for improved evaporation performance

In close consultation with our customers, they are designed and optimized according to the application and the associated requirements.

ZC-Overview

All plate heat exchangers in the ZC series are available with different nozzles and connections.

K2 Corrosion protection

We now offer a K2 internal corrosion protection coating for all our plate heat exchangers.

This makes it possible to use our heat exchangers even with water constituents outside the limit range (hardness, pH value and conductivity).

With a layer thickness of approx. 0.05 mm, the coating is very thin and only minimally impairs heat transfer. The process developed by TTZ GmbH & Co. KG ensures that the entire surface of the heat exchanger is safely coated.

The coating can be applied to all circles and is resistant up to 200°C.
