TTZ GmbH & Co. KG is a solid, medium-sized company from Brandenburg. We manufacture high-quality and TÜV-certified plate heat exchangers for special and standard requirements for you and your customers. We have highly qualified and motivated employees who are experienced in the manufacture of brazed heat exchangers. In addition to small and large series, as a manufacturer we are able to produce the perfect plate heat exchanger for you according to yourpersonal specifications. Our non-ferrous metal-free plate heat exchangers made entirely of stainless steel deserve special mention. These are particularlysuitable for use in drinking water treatment plants and for applications with substances containing ammonia in cooling systems. We are happy to support you in the design and calculation of your heat exchanger.
Innovative heat exchanger made from 100% stainless steel
Our ZD series is made entirely from stainless steel. Thanks to innovative and technologically sophisticated processes, we are able to completely dispense with the use of non-ferrous metals. Advantages can be achieved here, particularly in refrigeration technology and in the drinking water sector. The standard version of the brazed plate heat exchanger consists of stainless steel profiles, which are not joined together with copper or other non-ferrous metals in this product series. The typical term "stainless steel heat exchanger" applies here. Many years of experience in this field combined with our claim to always offer you the best product is the reason for our high degree of innovation in the development and manufacture of heat exchangers that are completely free of non-ferrous metals.
Copper-brazed plate heat exchangers
Our copper-brazed plate heat exchangers in the ZC series are characterized by high efficiency in a small installation space, very good thermodynamic properties and a good price-performance ratio. We offer copper-brazed plate heat exchangers in high quality and various designs. The units can be optimized according to customer requirements.
