Our ZD series is made of 100% stainless steel. Thanks to innovative and technologically sophisticated processes, we are able to completely dispense with the use of non-ferrous metals.
The devices in the ZD series have been specially developed for applications that work with highly corrosive media such as ammonia, AdBlue, silicone oils, strong acids and bases.
ZD appliances can withstand high operating pressures and are more durable than nickel-brazed heat exchangers. Another advantage of our ZD appliances over nickel-brazed heat exchangers is that they can be used in drinking water applications.
We also offer the ZD series in various designs.
- H-plate - angled embossing for very high heat transfer performance
- L-plate - angled embossing for high heat transfer performance with low pressure loss
- P-plate - innovative plate design, especially for improved evaporation performance
