Our heat exchangers are CE-certified by TÜV-Thüringen. We offer two series of brazed plate heat exchangers with high thermal performance.
Heat exchanger ZC series (stainless steel exchanger, copper-brazed)
The products in the copper-soldered series are our classics. They are characterized by excellent workmanship and very good transmission properties.
Heat exchanger ZD series (stainless steel exchanger, non-ferrous metal-free)
Heat exchangers of this type are free of non-ferrous metals. As a result, better corrosion properties can be achieved without reducing the transfer properties.
Series or made-to-measure?
Depending on your requirements, we can offer you a customized solution. One of our company's specialties is the manufacture of individual appliances to customer specifications. We are also happy to offer you series production according to your specifications.
Countercurrent or direct current principle?
The heat exchangers in both series are primarily designed according to the counterflow principle in order to achieve a higher degree of efficiency. Of course, our appliances can also be designed according to the co-current principle on request.
Single-pass or multi-pass?
For applications e.g. in the chemical and development sector or prototype construction, we offer single or multi-pass versions - for a higher heat output (with higher pressure loss) with the same size and same number of plates.
